The left lung is hyperexpanded, causing mediastial shift to the right. The bronchogenic cyst (arrow) can be seen more clearly at this gestational age.

At 36 weeks gestation both lungs are hyperexpanded due to the obstruction.

  The fetus was delivered by EXIT procedure and the bronchogenic cyst was removed.*
